The BPW manages and maintains the BPW-stormwater collection infrastructure. Please note that the BPW is not responsible for maintaining privately owned stormwater infrastructure or DelDOT-owned stormwater infrastructure. Nor is the BPW responsible for establishing and enforcing stormwater runoff policy. That responsibility rests with the City of Lewes.
