- We calculate your average monthly usage over the past 12 months.
- That average becomes your fixed monthly payment.
- We review your account periodically to make adjustments if needed (e.g., after extreme weather).
- At the end of the year, we settle the balance:
- If you’ve overpaid, we apply a credit.
- If you’ve underpaid, the balance is due as a one-time payment.
