The BPW finance committee was created on October 28, 2022. This committee will take on an advisory role and will provide summaries and recommendations to the Board. Responsibilities include reviewing key financial policies, documents, risks, or any other duty specifically requested by the Board. The BPW finance committee will be comprised of seven to nine members. The Board treasurer and assistant treasurer will serve as Co-Chairs. The BPW General Manager, Finance Manager, and a member of city council will occupy three seats. The remaining seats will be filled by public members selected by the Board.
