Saturday, May 13, 2023
8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Two (2) Board seats are open for three-year terms each.

ELIGIBILITY TO VOTE:
At the annual election for Directors of the Board, qualifications for voters shall be as follows.
- ▪️Resident: Every person, male or female, who is a bona fide citizen of the United States
and of the State of Delaware and a bona fide resident of the City or on the public lands
under the jurisdiction of the City for at least
(30) days next preceding the date of the Annual Election; or - ▪️Nonresident freeholder or leaseholder: Every person, male or female, who is a bona fide
citizen of the United States and who is a freeholder or leaseholder for at least thirty (30)
days immediately preceding the date of the Annual Election; and - ▪️Other: Every person, male or female, who is a bona fide citizen of the United States and
who is a customer of any available utility of the Board of Public Works for at least thirty
(30) days immediately preceding the date of the Annual Election; and - ▪️At least eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the annual election.
